What is BuyersHQ?
BuyersHQ is an online retailer featuring a single product for sale per day at a price that cannot be beat. We are the Deal of the Day Headquarters for online bargain buyers and shoppers.
How does BuyersHQ work?
Each day, starting at midnight (Central Time) a new product is featured for sale and BuyersHQ will have a limited quantity for sale that day. You must act quickly to take full advantage of each day’s unbelievable bargain. Once an item sells out then a new item is not introduced until the next day.
I missed yesterday’s item, can I get one still?
Nope, sorry. Each item is discontinued at 11:59 pm Central time every night. You may see it briefly again in the future during a Buyer’s Blitz or in a Mystery Buyers Box, but there are no guarantees.
What makes BuyersHQ different from other Deal of the Day Sites?
Besides the amazingly low prices, with every purchase, BuyersHQ gives back to the best charities in America. In addition, one day every week we will highlight a specific charity and give an additional percentage of the days proceeds to that charity.
Can I find out about BuyersHQ deals prior to midnight?
Yes. Follow BuyersHQ on Twitter and you will get notices of upcoming products, access to exclusive deals and you will be the first to know about our Buyer’s Blitz where we list multiple items over a 24 hour period.
Can I talk to a live person?
Wish we had time…. Feel free to utilize our Contact Us page to send us a message. It is the quickest and most convenient method to contact us. We will respond to your message as soon as we possibly can.
What forms of payment can I use at BuyersHQ?
BuyersHQ is pleased to accept all major debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal. Sorry, but no other forms of payments (Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks, First Born or Bank Transfers) will be accepted. All payments are securely processed via PayPal.
How is my order shipped from BuyersHQ?
All orders are shipped via the most effective carrier. We normally utilize USPS, FedEx & UPS. So depending on what was sold, will determine which carrier is utilized to ship your order.
How can I track my BuyersHQ order?
Ultimately, it depends on the carrier we choose to ship your order. Some carriers provide tracking information, some do not. If we do have tracking information available we will provide it to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. Currently we only cater to the great United States of America.
How does BuyersHQ select charities?
BuyersHQ researches each charity and we select the charities that truly give to those they are campaigning for (i.e. those with low administrative and fundraising costs).
Can I suggest a charity?
Absolutely. Please send all charity recommendations to BuyersHQ Gives Back or you may recommend a charity on our Contact Us page. If your charity is selected they will be on the next months voting page.
Can I advertise at BuyersHQ?
Yes. Please send all advertising inquiries to BuyersHQ via our contact page.
What is the BuyersHQ return policy?
Each situation is handled individually and fully reviewed. Please contact BuyersHQ with inquiries, comments, or questions regarding product returns. In most cases, all sales are final and our customers have found that it is more profitable to resell the item online (i.e. eBay.com or CraigsList.org) rather than incur the additional return postage.
What if the product is defective?
At BuyersHQ, we are committed to selling only top quality products. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us with your order number, name of the product and a brief description of the problem. The item should be returned in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 7 days for a full refund. We do not guarantee replacement of the product once the item is sold out but we can give you a credit. Be aware that return shipping costs are entirely at your expense.
Incorrect Address and Undeliverable orders
Please be sure to provide a complete and correct address when placing your order. Any order returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied or an undeliverable address will be refunded the value of the order less shipping and any associated fees. If you would like the order reshipped, we require that you pay another shipping fee, as postage for returned items is never refunded by the carrier.
Unauthorized Returns and Refused Packages
Any order returned to our warehouse without previous authorization from BuyersHQ (ie. unauthorized returns, refused packages, incorrect address, etc...) will be treated as a return. Order will be canceled and all fees (including but not limited to additional shipping costs and/or re-stocking fees) deducted from the payment account. No returned products will be recieved without an authorized RMA number issued by our our Returns Department.
Are there warranties on the items sold at BuyersHQ?
Warranties are provided by the item's manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty section within the item’s description.
Will you sell or share my email address & personal information to a third party?
NO. Your personal information is very important to us and we use the latest technology to make sure it is secure. It is the stated policy of BuyersHQ.com that we will not sell/share your information to any third party. Your information is used solely to process your orders and send you information regarding your orders. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
